The purpose of meditation is to still the conscious mind, remove the limited and negative beliefs of the subconscious, and journey deep within you until you become ONE with the whole of Existence.
I have started to meditate 19 years ago. I followed many teachers and disciplines until I found the path within me. Meditation has helped me overcome emotional and physical issues, it keeps me grounded and present, it helps me journey deeper and deeper within me to the place where Spirit dwells and we are all one.
I started to teach meditation in 2009 and throughout the years, I found my way to meditate and to teach meditation. I have worked with absolute beginners and more advanced practitioners. It doesn’t matter if you are starting meditation now or you have practised for years, a great meditator is simply the one that finds the time to mediate and meditates.
I am currently offering several types of meditations and they can be done in 1to1 session with me online or in person, and group meditations. Please contact me for details.
My meditation circles are experiential, explorative, deep, transformational and grounding. In circle we use different techniques, breathing exercises, mantras, energy and other tools to help us journey inside of us.
